Booking Policy

Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This can be paid via our website or bank transfer.

Appointment Day

Please arrive to your appointment 10 minutes beforehand, if you think you're going to be late please give us a call to let us know. If you are more than 20 mins late, your appointment will be cancelled as it delays our other clients for the day.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment time will result in you losing your appointment and deposit. 

If you cancel your appointment 48 hours before your appointment time, you will be able to use your deposit to book a new appointment slot that suits you better.

Packages

If you book a massage package, you will need to book all of your appointments with 2 months of purchasing your package. After this time it will expire and we do not offer refunds.
